Diana Simpkins is, I think, a librarian working for Lithgow City Council in their libraries primarily Wallerawang Branch Library.
The blog is a nice read, covering events in the library world, eg Library Lovers Day, as well as events in Lithgow. It finished on 7/3/2011 "as council has no social media policy".
Nice and short post but succinct at the same time.
